I am at Browse application after it has been configured for Federation and after loging in with adamc, when I dbl-click on "Contoso Autoparts" explorer link it take me to

It keep on refreshing by itself, like if it is in some kind of infinite loop.
and url afte 10 second become this...

https://sts1.contoso.com/FederationPassive/auth/integrated/IntegratedSignIn.aspx?wa=wsignin1.0&wtrealm=https%3a%2f%2fweb1.contoso.com%2fAutoParts%2f&wfresh=&wctx=rm%3d0%26id%3dpassive%26ru%3d%252fautoparts%252fdefault.aspx&wct=2008-11-18T21%3a12%3a49Z

note bold "49", seconds part of the time, at the end of the url....this is the only part which changes.
It seems like STS1 is not returning any claims, and Web1 is sending request for claims again..and that is happning over and over again....

anybody knows what exactly is the issue and how to fix it?

Please note the URL is case senstive. You may have specified wrong name in the URL for "Contoso AutoParts" explorer link. Please verify.
