After done with SP2010 Configuration Wizard. Health checked with CA and Db Status show no action required. I tried to check the SharePoint version by using PowerShell command as follows, we expected 14.0.7209.5000 but it is displaying 14.0.7196.5000 (Previous version before upgrade is 14.0.7175.5000 )

$farm.BuildVersion

The information we get by using PowerShell Command: (get-spfarm).buildversion is updated through the SharePoint configuration wizard after a SharePoint patch is installed.
并非所有SharePoint修补程序都会更新此信息。只有包含SharePoint配置数据库架构更改的修补程序才会更新此信息。
And not all SharePoint patches update this information. Only those patches which include schema changes for the SharePoint config DB update this information.

To get the specific CU installed information, check Manage Patch Status in Central Administration->Upgrade and Migration-> Check product and Patch installation status.
