I have a library in sharepoint where users go to access various policies and procedures. To help users know what's in each file (based on more than just the name), I created a new column (single line of text) and populated it with a brief overview on what users can expect to find in that file .

On my account it has worked fine but when others are accessing the library the column presents as part of the user view however the text itself is blank. I can't solve why the text isn't displaying for all users - help?
