Hi all, been trying to get this part of my analysis working for a while but can't quite get my head around it.

I am trying to look at the sales conversion from tblEnquiry - tblQuote - tblProject. Each related record has the same ID. I would be most interested in percentage of enquiries converted over each month, maybe just using EnquiryDate at the moment.

I would possibly like to be able to look at the length of time it takes to convert also, perhaps using an AcceptanceDate from the tblProject

you need to join tblEnquery to tblQuote with the type of join that includes all Enquiries, not a regular join which would only result in matches.  The correct join type will have an arrow facing the Quote table rather than just a line....

this way you will have all enquiries but some of the records on the Quote side will be nulls (because there is no quote); this way you can count the nulls or not nulls and compare that count with the overall Enquiry count and get your %.  the actual implementation can involve a series of aggregate queries put together.
