我是.net世界的新手，我需要更新其他代码。当更新按钮在前端点击但每次刷新浏览器不断更新时，代码更新数据库中的记录，第二个问题是前面
端的列表框，显示可用的分类和新的分类添加它不会出现在列表框中，要查看新分类，我们必须打开一个新窗口并转到同一页面。

i am very new to .net world, i need to update some other's code . the code updates a record in database when the update button clicked on the front end but with each refresh of the browser keeps updating and the second problem is a list box on the front end that display the available classifications and when a new classification added it wont come on the list box, to see the new classification we have to open a new window and go to the same page.
