请尝试删除解决方案文件夹路径下的 .suo文件，如： 。 vs / project / v15 / .suo

Hey,

I am using Microsoft Visual STUDIO 2017. I am trying to build a Visual basic project and chose console application. The program builds with no errors but I get an error of incorrect function. 

I believe the code should have opened for eg. hello world in a new console window but I get an "error while trying to run project : unable to start program ****************.exe'  Incorrect function.

My company laptop is encrypted, hope this is not because of some firewall issue.

Pleaser try remove the .suo file under the solution folder path is like: .vs/project/v15/.suo

if above doesn't work, you may need repair your Visual Studio.
