I've retargeted my Windows Phone 8.0 project to Silverlight 8.1 - as soon as I did. I am unable to compile as it gives me the below error;

If you create a new Windows Phone 8.1 silverlight project does it compile?     If it does I would select clean from the build menu and then try building the app again.
