I have simple problem, but without any idea what's causing it. In a desparate attempt I'm hoping that somebody else already stumbled upon this problem.

To put it simple, I have no sound coming from an emulator of WP8 whatsoever. To come upfront, I do have sound within Windows 8, and it is not muted.

Also, WP7 emulator running on Windows 7 does not have the same issue.

Is the volume definitely up on your emulator? I think it's something like F10 or F9 to change the volume.
