If one site is uploaded in a particular server means how it knows the latest update from a particular uploaded site?? If suppose any threads arised means how the server knows the thread? How can i wrire asp.net code? Can any one help me?

Your question makes zero sense but, websites are not multi threaded in code, even if IIS runs multiple threads to serve lots of pages at once. You should not write any code to do with threads, in a web site
