The "Calls From" folder is missing from the Call Hierarchy window.  (yes, it is a C# project and the "Calls To" folder is present)

Is there a setting that will allow the folder to appear?

I wasn't aware that C# has ever had a "Calls From" in the Call Hierarchy - unlike C++ projects which do have it. But having now
searched, there are indeed references that seem to imply it should be there.

It'd be good to have a definitive answer to this one.
