We have had a lot of staff today with the error below.  They restarted their PC’s last night and they cannot connect to the drive.  I have disconnected and the remapped about 12 peoples drives so far and will need to do the remaining ones shortly.  Can this be fixed as we won’t be able to remap the drives manually for all staff each day.

This is a well known issue that I've seen many times: take a look at the suggestions in the Microsoft Knowledge Base article 2616712 as a first step (even if that article mainly refers to SharePoint Online).
We've been able to solve this issue by adding the SharePoint document libraries under Windows Explorer "Favorites" rather than mapping them as network drives.
