Hi all

I need to create a application that can remotely access a computer(I have been authorized to access that computer and have its IP address already). This computer is connected to 2 webcams.I can use this application to view one of the webcam and if other one want to use this application to watch the steaming video from this camera, the application will show the source is being used. When I close the streaming video in my local application, then other users can use that camera. The whole application need to be created by C#. Is there anyone have done something similar to this project before? I don''t have any clue how to build that application. I do need help.
