Our client have SP2013 on premise intranet application running with domain ABC.com.

Now client planning to change the domain from ABC.com to XYZ.com.

You're going to have to detach and reattach the databases.

Bring over the service applications, search is a personal preference but I would just rebuild it. Users will need to be updated too if they're on the new domain:

Move-SPUser -Identity "contosoa\JaneDoe" -NewAlias "contosob\JaneDoe"
