I have an excel file that is working well across network (same file being accessed by all), when it is not in share more.  However, it causes issue when I put the workbook to share mode.

When I put the workbook to share mode, it works well for the person who turned it to shared mode. However, to all the other users it shows "Catastrophic error" on opening the file.
