Not sure where this goes.

Trying to debug an x64 process.  When I try to start it I get "Unable to start program" <program location> "The connection with the remote endpoint was terminated"

What does this mean.  What endpoint?  Is detailed info logged anywhere?  I get the error if I am trying to launch within devenv or if I try to attach after it is running.  I am able to launch and attach from WinDbg however and I can start the process either from the cmd line or within devenv as long as I "Start without debugging".
