I have an setup created using Install Shield 2008 which I use to install my application on both 32 bit and 64 bit versions of Windows 7.

My practice has been to change the Product Code if a new file is added or removed from the deliverable. 

I did the same thing few days back and now it does not work on Windows 7 64 bit. The application installs just fine but multiple instances are created in Add/Remove Programs. This works fine on Windows 7 32 bit and also on Windows XP SP3.

Can someone please help answer the question.
