我是Windows手机开发的新手。我附上了一张页面图片。这是Android应用程序的页面。同样我必须在Windows手机上设计。当用户点击左侧三行图像时，请建议我如何显示侧面列表。 

I am new in windows phone development. I have attached a image of pages. It is a page of Android application. Same i have to design on windows phone. Please suggest me how can i display side list when user click on left three line image.
