this is the 3rd time i try to get a solution to this problem. When searching via Startmenu search field, matching Outlook items like contacts and emails show up properly. When I click on such an outlook item, it won't open. Outlook starts in the systray (icon shows up), but is closed shortly after without any window showing up or any error message being shown. This applies to Outlook 2007 AND Outlook 2010 with an Exchange account (Exchange 2007). This problem only occurs on my laptop, on my desktop pc the search works fine.

Outlook（outlook.exe）未设置为在兼容模式下运行

If i drag an item from the search results onto the desktop it gets copied and i can open it with a double-click.
Outlook (outlook.exe) is not set to run in compatibility mode

As I bought Office 2007 and now even upgraded to Office 2010 and the problem didn't disappear I'm really disappointed with the current situation and i want an answer how to solve this, now. I'm not willing to reinstall Windows 7 just because the crappy search doesn't work properly. There has to be a way to fix this issue.
