I keep getting the following message when I access the internet:

Do you want toview only the content that was delivered securely?

This webpage contains content that will not be delivered using a secure https connection, which could compromise the security of the entire webpage.

How can I stop this from popping up?  I have chenged the Tools - Internet Options - Secrity - Custom Level - Misc  - Display Mixed Content and checked "Enable" - this has no effect on this problem.
