The company that I work for has a Mac Word 2011 template that we currently have running on over 2000 different Macs. We are having problems with one user's machine where it appears that VBA is not able to load any user forms. When the .Show method of a form is called from VBA, Word displays an "Errors occurred during load." message. This happens not only in our template, but while adding any VBA form to a document in Word, and also Excel.

We have seen similar issues to this on the PC side, and the issue has always been corrected by re-registering the FM20.dll. I have also verified that the Microsoft Forms 2.0 Object Library is selected in the projects references screen.

We have completely uninstalled and reinstalled Word multiple times and still receive this message.

Any input or assistance would be greatly appreciated.
