I have a sharepoint site with multiple document libraries and each document library has multiple folders and subfolders. The document libraries do not inherit the permission of the site, the folder does not inherit permission of document library and the sub folders do not inherit permission of parent folders.

I am facing issue in production wherein if I grant user access to a sub-folder, he receives "Access Denied" message. I have checked the feature " Limited-access user permission lockdown mode". It is deactivated.

The issue occurs only in Production. In test server, it works fine.
