Wanted to drop a comment on an item I noticed and no idea where the best place to leave feedback is.

When you extend your desktop to a second monitor you will get a start menu with a duplicate of pinned items that are in your main screen. In Win 7 the taskbar was simply hidden on secondary displays.

Do not know if it is intentional to have this duplicated on the second monitor but if you launch a program then it launches at its previous window state/location, random suggestion would be if we are duplicating the pinned items on the task bar then if i call it up on one monitor have it displayed on that monitor.
