I have a request form (new request) that uses a lookup list (employee contact) to provide the Employee Name in the form.  Some users cannot see all the names, including their name in the list.  Others see all of the names, or a partial list of names.  I have checked the permissions on both lists, Edit on the request list, and Read access on the employee contact list.  I also noticed that some users have "Limited Access" and these users seem to be able to see all of the items.

What could be causing some users not to see the entire list of names when creating a new request?

To troubleshoot the issue, check things below:

1. Give the users with edit permission or more permission in the Employee Contact list to check if the same issue will occur.

2. Create a new lookup column in the same list to lookup the employee Name from the employee contact list and check if the same issue will occur.

3. Create a new list and create a new lookup column to check if the same issue will occur.
