我正在Windows服务器2008 R2上进行iisreset并低于错误。

I am doing iisreset on windows server 2008 R2 and getting below error.

我不确定会发生什么变化发生在服务器上。

I am not sure what changes happened in the server.

Due to this applications are not working still i do server restart.

Please let me know any suggestions to fix this.
