• API Reference for Windows Store apps
• Desktop Development
• Visual Studio 2012: Fundamentals
• Visual Studio 2012: Visual C++
• Windows Debugging

But I cannot find documentation for "CreatePipe" or any other C WINAPI..

The good thing is MFC is still there..

How do I get Windows C APIs to show up in my Microsoft Help Viewer 2.1 ?

I am using Visual Studio 2013 Professional Update 1

Hi,

Firstly, you need install the Windows SDK,which can be used to write applications using the native (Win32/COM) or managed (.NET Framework) programming model.

Then you can find Windows SDK help file in help Viewer 2.1 as below:
