Hi. I am working to create filters for a document library and have created the new content type and columns etc but I do not see the "key filter" section appearing in the Quick Nav. I have marked the "Allow management of content types" to "yes" and configured the hierarchy and filters in the Library. I have also activated the "Metadata Navigation and Filtering". Additionally, upon document upload I am not being prompted to make the "choices" that I had specified for the filters. Please help!!!

Hi Mojo,

Do you have any custom settings(custom solution) in your site?

Make sure scroll down to the bottom of the page to check if "key filter" exist on quick launch.

Check below things for narrowing down your issue:

1. Go to Library Settings > Metadata Navigation Settings, make sure the "selected key filter fields" is not empty.

2. Try to access the document library using a different browser. 

3. Test in another library or site collection.
