I need to scan ports in my PC and have a list of processes listening on them. I could understand that Portman can be a good choice, but it does not work on Windows 8.1 because it does not support 64 bit OSs.

How come it is not possible to use it on 64 bit? I mean, this is a very important tool, how can I get something like that by Microsoft without relying on 3rd party stuff? Windows Sysinternals is a very good resource, can i find another tool there that helps me solve this problem?
