Guys need help, I am trying to build alarm app but the problem is that windows phone 8.1 doesn't have the Alarm  or Reminder class

Now my question is  that i want both to sound an alarm and at the same time display reminder and i want this to be shown everyday,How can this be done in windows phone 8.1.
