I have add a lot of fun with VS2017 Enterprise, installation problems, etc.  Seems to me, previous versions of VS were way more stable (or idiot proof).

In the current case, VS 2017 enterprise installed and up to date as of last week I think, was working perfectly well on a Win 2012 R2 VM up to date also.  Today, opening VS2017, I get multiple "Node.js: Server side JavaScript has stopped working" message boxes when VS opens, it does not sign in and I am not able to sign in and some menus like tools/extensions and update will return error message boxes like "Value cannot be null"  . This is not the first time I have to basically reinstall the whole OS box and then VS 2017 to have it work again.

今天早上我使用了VS安装程序，它建议VS2017的更新，它完成了工作，但仍然存在同样的问题。

This morning I used the VS installer, it suggested an update of VS2017, it did the job fine but still stock with the same problem.

As I mentionned this was working fine a few days ago.

请禁用TypeScript扩展 按以下步骤操作：

Please disable TypeScript extension  by steps as below:

1。点击工具>扩展程序和更新。

2。搜索" TypeScript "并禁用它。

2. Search for "TypeScript" and disable it.

3。重新启动Visual Studio。

3. Restart Visual Studio.
