In SharePoint online environment, we have a source document library with an OOTB Approval workflow attached to it. Once a document gets approved, it should be moved to another target document library where the public can access it.   

I have tried to use MS flow, Record Center/Content Organizer to achieve the goal of moving the approved file without success. It seems neither processes can access the approval status value (Approved) set by the OOTB workflow.

What would be the best approach to address the issue?
