I have create a new solution from an old one and added ASP.NET project. After a little while I realized that I don't have Exception Assistant and the VS throws "Visual Studio Explorers and Designers Package did not load correctly" errors.

1. Close all VS instances .

2。删除文件夹：

C：\ Users \< username> \ AppData \ Local \ microsoftoft \ VisualStudio \14.0 \ ComponentModelCache
