I have a problem that 'A reference '....dll' could not be loaded'. This dll is come from third party vendors. They developed with C++. Now, I want to use this dll files on Microsoft Visual Studio Professional Edition 2008 and Windows 7 platforms. My project is aim for Windows CE device. I can't reference this dll file. How can I solve this problems.
