The samples are based on some data and sheet.Have you set all the columns and sheets to the name of sample.

Ex:are using a field which has caption "GENDER".Have your data header has same name.

I suggest you to simply Turn The macro Recorder on (from View->Macro->Click arrow) and then craete pivot table.After it is done "Stop Recording " (From same Option)

现在按Alt + F11 - >您将进入VBE模块 - >查看Excel记录的内容。

Now Press Alt+F11 ->You will reach to VBE module->See what Excel has recorded.
