I have to send a customized report to over 100 people weekly.  The report is a table and has 20 columns.  It may have up to 50 rows.  The report is created by a query.  I tried the SendObject, but get trapped by the Outlook Security warnings.  I am trying to use the Outlook object to create the emails.  I can put the report as csv or txt in the body of the email.  The large size of the report makes it very difficult to read.  I can export the table or recordset as a XLS file and then attach it to the email as attachment.  That makes the program very slow.

Personally, I'd switch over to CDO and attach an external file.  Generating csv, txt, xls should not be very time consuming (especially for only 100 people).  you could also use a loop mechanism to genrate an html table of the data directly in the e-mail (this isn't very hard to do).
