I have granted permission for 3 SharePoint groups (A, B and C) to a library.

My requirement is:  If a user login to the library path and he should be able to access the library if and only if he is a member of all the three groups (A, B and C). But in sharepoint , if the user is a member of any one of the group then he is able to access the library.  Could you please help how to achieve this requirement with OOB feature.

As far as I know, this is not possible: as you've correctly stated, SharePoint permissions are additive, there is no way to have a kind of "AND" check like the one you would like to have.
