I have a question. In our company we offer employees items for work, etc. protective gloves, helmets, tools, flashlights, pens, paper, etc... until now, we had to have the employee to go to the wareouse to pick up the items. I have created a page for the company store, now I need is a simple system where the employee can go, select items they want, select quantity, and after they submit, the warehouse would receive an email with the name of the employee (perhaps send from the employees email) part number of the item, and quantity (basically the whole seleted row)

I would like them to add more information before they submit, name, department, and their department ID code so the warehouse can charge the department.

You can create a list which contains name, department, and their department ID code columns and so on, user can add items on the list. 

Create a SharePoint  designer workflow on the list which will send email with the information of the item, choose Start workflow automatically when an item is created/changed.
