Having trouble trying to create a document approval process using SharePoint Designer 2013.

I need to create a document approval process that allows me to assign several approvers. If all approvers approve, then I will set the content approval status to approved. If even one rejection is received, then the status will be rejected.

I looked at using the Start Task Process, but it indicates that the end result is based on which result (approve or reject) got the most responses, not on a 100% approval requirement.

I imagine that I could use the Assign Task action, if I could determine that each task was completed and then count up the approved results and see if that count matches the total number of tasks, but I'm not sure how to do this in the workflow designer. Is there a way to do this? Is there a better way to do this?
