I am building a substantial system using visual studio 2017.

I am using the Developer Command Prompt to test the executables.

When I run a build most of the time it fails because it cannot delete the previous EXE file. If I wait a few minutes it will succeed. I say most of the time inasmuch as it will not fail a small percentage of the time.
