I've got two reports both of which I want to export as HTML then read into use as an HTMLBody for an Outlook message.  The entire process works except that one of the reports renders as plain text (no formatting) and the other as HTML (with formatting) when I export.

The 'good' report is made of plain text fields which I have formatted using the standard formatting tools in Access 2010.

The 'bad' report uses Rich Text fields with formatting applied to elements of the content of those fields. So I ask:
