We released this App few days back into windows Store

App in windows store

This is getting listed in all the machines through the windows store page , but not for a particuar machine. If we use this particular machine and try to locate this App in marketplace, its' not visible there. Any help? How does it work

I see the supported languages in the list as English us. Could the computer that it is not showing in being using something different like English uk?
