In my callout driver which work at FWPM_LAYER_DATAGRAM_DATA_V4 layer, I receive some UDP datagram in multicast IP packets, the source port of UDP datagram is different, but the WFP give me the same flow id. Dose the WFP treat all packets from(to) the same multicast group as a single flow?

All inbound multicast will have the same flowId.  Outbound creates an original flowId.
