Invoking access like this "msaccess /profile profile-name database-name.accdb" is causing access to display the popup saying "Microsoft Access couldn't find file 'C:\Program Files\Microsoft Office\Office14\1.' The file is required for startup. What the heck is file 1.? I suspect a buffer overrun of some sort.
