I am working on callout driver for parental control. My first question is how can I diffrentiate the web response/request at this layer for eg if in IE I have open bing and msdn in different tabs what will be differentiating element among these two. I am developing on top of stream edit sample.

Each flow (based on app and tuple) will have a unique id.  You can use this along with a context you associate to differentiate your requests.
