Hi Guys,

Please assist, recently an external company has created a Sharepoint company Portal for us and we noticed that the the Web Parts only on Mobile load very slowly. They don't load at all on mobile for minutes, only after scrolling down they begin to load.

We consulted with the company providing the service to us and they explained it's a known issue within Microsoft that was patched about a year ago.

Per your description, your SPFx web parts does not load until scrolling down the page.

Does the issue also occur when using the browser in client machine?
