After installing the newest versions of Nokia Suite (previously known Ovi Suite and Nokia PC Suite) I get:

I have seen numerous references to R6030 in these forums, but they seem heavily slanted to programmers, which I am not. What do I need to do on my XP SP3 system to stop the error message hundering my loading of the NokiaSuite.  Nokia have tried many times with their side of the software and have come to the conclusion its "not them".

You are right into thinking this is a programmers-only forum.  From your description you are having problem running some company's software (Nokia in this case).  Your best bet is to contact Nokia directly as we here have no idea about this particular piece of software, or how it was compiled, using what compiler, etc. etc.
