I'm trying to implement the Bing Maps or Google Maps Api in my code. Implementing this is not very difficult. The real challenge is to load a cached map. The purpose of my project is to send coordinates to the Map Api and the Api will cache this part. Then I want to store this in the Isolated Storage and  I'm pretty sure this isn't possible after searching on the internet.

有人有另一个想法使用gps位置的离线地图？也许使用Openstreetmap Tile作为目标？

Has someone have another idea how to use an offline map with gps location? Maybe use an Openstreetmap Tile as target?

If you are using the maps in WP8 they already support offline maps out of the box. No need to create an offline cache.
