I am using the ready approval workflow in sharepoint. When the email reached the department that contains from 4 persons, they can all open the approval to approve, but what I want is to put a column for the admin view for if someone opened the approval to approve should this column return (Name of the person that viewing the approval to approve + 'is viewing the approval'). I want any simple method to reach to my goal using InfoPath of sharepoint designer workflow.

Hi Zahra1234,

When someone starts the approval workflow, it will also create a task for the approval workflow instance in the associated task list.

Then there is a column named "Assigned To", it will record who start or open the approval workflow.

You could get the user name from the "Assigned To" column according to the associated task.
