我们在Android（aPhoneMeTiX）上制作应用程序，让用户可以监控他/她的数据和手机使用情况我们希望为Windows Phone实现相同的功能。有免费的吗？我没有找到任何文档。 

We have app made on android (aPhoneMeTiX) which lets user monitor his / her data and phone usage. We want to implement same for Windows Phone. Is there liberary available? I didn't find any docs.

目前无法访问Windows Phone平台上第三方应用程序的数据/呼叫/文本数据。对于数据管理，WP8上有内置的Data Sense应用程序，但它的数据也没有通过API显示。

There currently is no access to the data/call/text data for third party applications on the Windows Phone platform. For data management there is the built in Data Sense application on WP8 but again it's data is not surfaced through an API.
