所以看起来类似于csom / jsom的解决方案或任何替代sharepoint在线审核日志通过自定义代码

I am working on custom solution to download SPAuditlogs from sharepoint online. As i am aware of SPAuditQuery can be used in   Server side opbject model(SSOM) . so looking similarly solution for csom/jsom or any alternative for sharepoint online Audit log through custom code

You could use Office 365 Management Activity API to retrieve audit log.

You could query from UI in tenant admin center also.
