My MSN was working fine until one morning it didn't open. So I tried opening it manually and an error box appeared that said "C:\Program Files\Windows Live\Messenger\msnmsgr.exe        The application has failed to start because its side-bye-side configuration is incorrect. Please see the application event log for more detail."  I tried uninstalling and re-installing and that didn't work. Someone please help :(
